Conversions and Cool offices: Temple Studios’ warehouse offices in Bristol, UK
A once-derelict building in Bristol, UK has been renovated into Temple Studios, a provider flexible office space to a variety of creative companies.
Temple Studios, once a derelict 1930s building, has been given new life after a comprehensive refurbishment and is now a thriving hub for the creative industries in the heart of the Bristol Enterprise Zone.
The works took 18 months to restore the building and we have kept many of its original features including piecing back together the original parquet flooring and stripping back walls.
The building has been designed to have a bold contemporary industrial feel. Throughout the building are exposed surfaces, stripped floors and walls, pendant style lighting and exposed metal conduits.
The eye catching entrance to Temple Studios sets the scene for the whole building with the reception housed in a shipping container.
‘The Space’ is a large breakout area for companies and individuals to meet and collaborate share a coffee and even a game of table tennis.
The 40,000 square feet (3,716 square meters) building offers space for small and large companies with units from 300 square feet (28 square meters) up to 5,000 square feet (465 square meters).
